Department of Agricultural and Consumer Economics

Undergraduate Program - Transferring into ACE

Policies for Transferring into ACE

  1. The next transfer opportunity will be during the March, 2010 ICT period.
  2. Informational meetings regarding transfer will be held in the week prior to the application deadline.
  3. Transfer into all Department of ACE concentrations is competitive. Considerations include:
    • Interests aligned with ACE concentration;
    • Potential to complete all requirements within 10 total semesters; and
    • GPA in UIUC courses (guideline for transfer is 3.0 or above - however, 3.0 does not assure admission). Students on academic probation will not be considered.
  4. Application forms will be available in 304 Mumford Hall or downloadable from this site in the weeks prior to the transfer period.
  5. Questions? Contact Lori Snipes (lsnipes@illinois.edu or 333-1811) for more information.
